  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce on each naan, then add mozzarella cheese if desired. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
