  • 4 Tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  1. Warm the milk to about 110°F and combine it with active dry yeast, egg, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually mix in flour until smooth dough forms. Knead for about 3 minutes until elastic.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about an hour in a warm place.
  4. In another bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly over it, then roll tightly and slice into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise again for about 30 minutes before baking at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
