  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until mixed well.
  3. Roll mixture into 2-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone into circles and place atop each meatball; add an olive slice as the pupil.
  6. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions and heat marinara sauce separately.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with eyeball meatballs.
