Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the cocoa powder and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until fully combined. Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a small ziplock bag with melted white chocolate, cut off one corner, and pipe onto brownies in a spider web pattern.
