  • 12 oz fettuccine or your preferred pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
  • Extra crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned steak until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
