  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Return chicken to skillet.
  3. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; reserve pasta water before draining.
  4. In the skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add reserved pasta water, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese; let thicken.
  5. Toss in cooked fettuccine and Cajun chicken until well combined.
