  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped walnuts and fresh thyme for garnishing
  • For serving: Crusty toasted bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until fully incorporated.
