  • 3 tbsp sparkling sugar (or regular sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, orange juice, and grated orange zest until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cardamom.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no dry flour remains visible.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin cups and sprinkle with sparkling sugar.
