  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Using an electric mixer, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add eggs one at a time, following with the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Alternately mix in the dry ingredients with the sour cream until just combined.
  6. For the filling, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon filling on top. Add remaining batter and then remaining filling; swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
