  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Au Jus gravy mix
  • ½ packet Ranch seasoning
  • pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
