  • Kalamata olives and feta cheese (optional)
  • Tzatziki sauce ingredients (Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the steak thoroughly and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
