  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for the base)
  • 32 ounces meaty spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for the topping)
  • Pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain fresh zucchini and combine in a mixing bowl with eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the zucchini mixture, followed by half of the meat sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Add desired toppings like pepperoni and veggies. Repeat layers.
