  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and bell peppers in olive oil until softened (about 5-6 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

  4. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and reduce heat. Add cream cheese, stirring until fully melted.
