  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  3. Pour half of the batter into the pan and set aside.

  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
  6. Carefully spoon the remaining batter on top to cover the cream cheese layer.
  7. Whisk cocoa powder and milk together; drizzle over the top of the batter.
