  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar; mix on medium speed until combined.
  3. Add peanut butter and egg yolk; mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Beat in the remaining eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces, and chopped Oreos.
  7. Press the mixture into a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. Top with Halloween sprinkles and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
