  • 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ½ cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or yogurt-based sauce (optional spread)
  • Sesame seeds or green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together hot chili sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for about 6–8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the prepared sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
