  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz smoked gouda cheese
  • Fresh chives
  • Dried dill
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp soft butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grate zucchini into a bowl, sprinkle with ½ tsp salt, and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  4. Mix in the drained zucchini, gouda cheese, chives, dill, remaining salt, and white pepper until well combined.
