  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz farfalle pasta
  • 6 oz spinach
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook farfalle pasta according to package instructions; drain.
