Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and coconut extracts.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with coconut milk until combined.
