  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 oz frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; season as desired.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, frozen potatoes, soups, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
