  • 1 lb chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 cup red onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill sliced sausage for 3-4 minutes until browned. Push to one side of the grill.
