  • 5 small/medium potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper (for chicken)
  • 1 tsp each of paprika, ranch seasoning, onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
